“More security personnel have been deployed to the area to prevent further attacks on the Community.”
The Police Public Relations Officer called for calm and said investigation into the crime is ongoing.
However, a member of the community told journalists that, “The two communities came under attack by some gunmen.
“They shot and killed people. At least, I personally counted eleven corpses.
“They came in a Hilux, alighted in the community and began shooting people at will.
“Some were in their shops and were shot and killed there.
“In a commando style, all these killings took less than 5 minutes to execute and the killers zoomed off before anyone can even realized what had happened”, he narrated.
