President Buhari arrives Togo ahead of ECOWAS-ECCAS Summit

President Buhari has arrived in Togo ahead of ECOWAS-ECCAS Summit.

The Nigerian leader was received by President of Togo Gnassingbe Fraure and President of Liberia George Weah as he arrived.
