Forty-one mass graves containing remains of thousands of victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi have been discovered and bodies exhumed from two sectors in the City of Kigali. A new report from UNICEF, revealed that more people have access to mobile phones than toilets in Nigeria. South Africa’s Constitutional Court has decriminalised the private use of marijuana. The ruling came on Tuesday after a provincial high court in 2017 found out that the use of cannabis in private space should be allowed.
