The federal government has announced that it will carry out the last evacuation of Nigerian football fans stranded in Russia after the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament to Nigeria. The first batch of 155 stranded Nigerians arrived the country on July 20 after President Muhammadu Buhari ordered their immediate evacuation.
