Richard Liu, the Chinese billionaire founder of JD.com, has been arrested in Minnesota after being implicated in a case of sexual misconduct. The chief executive of the e-commerce giant was arrested late on Friday and was freed Saturday afternoon, CNBC reports. Ibrahim Idris, the Inspector General of Police, has asked operatives of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS) to desist from running after internet fraudsters, Dailytrust reports. The parents of a 15-year-old boy were charged to court after their son died of starvation last week in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, following a 40-day fast.   Kehinde Omosebi, 49, who claims to be a pastor, and his wife Titilayo Omosebi, 47, were charged Tuesday in Sauk County with causing the child’s death through neglect.
