Germany on Wednesday, handed back the skulls of indigenous people killed during a genocide in colonial Namibia over 100 years ago, Reuters reports. The skulls were received by a Namibian delegation at a church service in Berlin. The Central Bank of Nigeria has slammed fines totalling over N5 billion on four banks “for breaching Nigeria’s forex regulations” and asked MTN Nigeria Communications Limited to refund $8.134 billion.
